All items on our site are Final sale due to hygiene and sanitary reasons. Please proceed with full certainty before finalizing your order online to prevent any inconveniences.

Our items are thoroughly evaluated before shipment / pick up.

Please keep in mind that many of our pieces are handmade and unique, thus each piece may have a slight difference in color.
Our natural gemstones come from mineral, with its genuine look the stones may also have a slight difference in color and shape in other words no two stones are alike.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you received a damaged item , please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item at Isla.jewelry@yahoo.com with a picture of the damaged item and we will do our best to assist you.
When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped via USPS (Priority Mail)

Processing time is 1-3 business days

Local shipping time is 3-10 days

International shipping time is 7-14 days, times vary depending on your location

We do not ship on weekends and Federal holidays

If you place an order during the weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
The tracking information will be sent once the package has been dropped off.
Isla Jewelry will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, any shipping delivery that can be affected by Customs, natural occurrences, and transportation to and from your local carrier.
